Abolish ICE. Create a modern guest worker program. Implement smart border security that targets traffickers, not workers.
No one is above the law, especially federal ICE agents.
Across this country, ICE has been linked to reckless raids and brutally unnecessary deaths, with no accountability towards them. That is unacceptable. That is not enforcement, and it has been a complete moral failure of the government to not do anything about it.
This campaign takes a clear position:
Any ICE agent who uses unlawful or excessive force must be investigated and prosecuted
Qualified immunity can not shield misconduct under any circumstances
Families deserve justice for the horrific atrocities ICE agents have committed
If an agent breaks the law, they should face the law like anyone else
ICE as it exists today is unaccountable and fundamentally broken. We will:
Strip it of its broad enforcement mandate and end mass raids and terror-style operations.
Move immigration enforcement to several civil, non-militarized agencies under the Department of Homeland Security, as it existed previously.
Require body cameras and clear identification for all officers. Independent oversight and public transparency for all immigration agencies.
America's immigration system is broken. People want to work and contribute, but Washington has built a system that makes legal entry nearly impossible, using fear and theatrics to bring out the worst of America.
Walls don't work, and armed patrols lead to tragic, unnecessary death. We can secure the border without militarizing it and welcome workers instead.
We will create a modern, expanded guest worker and work-visa program, Bracero 2.0, that allows people to enter the United States legally to work and contribute to America.
Greatly expand and simplify work visas tied to labor demand
Require background checks and biometric identification before entry
Offer a clear pathway to permanent legal status and citizenship
The current system is designed to fail. We will:
Simplify work visa, green card, and citizenship applications to remove unnecessary bureaucracy.
Cut processing times from years to months so families aren't stuck in limbo.
Offer legal support and guidance for undocumented immigrants navigating the path to legal status.
Physical walls and armed patrols don't stop drugs or trafficking, only push people into more dangerous crossings and empower criminal networks. Instead, we will invest in state-of-the-art border security:
Drone surveillance and infrared monitoring to track movement in real-time
Advanced sensors and real-time data systems to detect illegal crossings
Enhanced screening at ports of entry, where most drugs actually cross
Intelligence-led enforcement focused on smuggling and trafficking
Our enforcement priorities will be clear:
Drug trafficking, human trafficking, and organized crime will face the full force of the law.
Focus enforcement on smugglers and repeat violent offenders, not families seeking work.
Hold employers accountable who exploit undocumented labor for profit.
Stop using mass detention as a default policy while ensuring compliance.
We will be tough where it matters, and humane where it's right.
Immigration reform isn't about walls or raids. It's about creating a system that welcomes workers, protects families, and targets real threats—not people seeking a better life.
